The rooms were bright and elegant, had 2 towels and a bathtub in the bathroom. Liked view of the wall and courteous and nice staff with service and staff in general. The location was great and beautiful, around 10-15 minutes walk from Cariari Country Club.

Bei der Ankunft bekamen wir ein Upgrade und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet mit einem Kühlschrank und einem Teekocher. Das Hotel hatte gute Einrichtungen wie einen Pool und eine Waschmaschine mit einem Trockner. Die Lage war praktisch, da viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe waren und auch Supermärkte leicht erreichbar waren.

Our room was extremely spacious with comfortable beds and the overall stay on night # 8 out of a 9 night stay on a work trip was very positive! The stuff where courteous and very very nice and an absolute pleasure.

Quiet and perfect hotel with exceptional view of the mountains. Consistently courteous staff with all request we made, new-fashioned and huge rooms. Favourable, magnificent location in San Jose, near car rental, San Jose and other restaurants, food mall, cash point and shops.

The service was excellent, that made the hotel upscale place. The room was perfectly clean and updated with comfortable beds and I enjoyed the classic-style building. The breakfast with eggs and a very good pizza and gallo pinto was really tasty, you’ll find what you need. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant and the pool was amazing.
